What’s Is Forex Signal Service

First , forex signal service, like any speculation form, has one very important goal that lies above all else ; bring in money! So if we start with that premise , that our goal is to make money , how is this achieved in our massive global market?

First, figure out whether you are a technical trader or a fundamental trader or both . Later we’ll have more articles on this topic , but for now let’s assume that you like to follow world affairs and current events and the fundamental side of this game is the one you’re more attracted to. Then you have to ask, what are the single most important fundamental factors that drive currency movements ?

If the fundamentals is what you’re focusing on , one main thing is going to drive the decisions you make in forex trading; the interest rate differentials between various countries. You may wonder what an interest rate differential is? That is a very good question! Suppose there is a short term interest rate of 4% on the Australian Dollar . Meaning that if you are a debtor and you live in Australia this is the very base rate determining what you’re paying on mortgages, credit, and other debt. If you’re a creditor you can use this 4% short term interest rate as your base rate that decides how much your investments make; things like certificates of deposits (CDs) at the local bank . Then imagine that the US Dollar has its short term interest rate , which the Federal Reserve sets , at only 1% . How does all I’ve just said affect the movements of currency?

If the Australian Dollar short term rate is at 4% and the short term rate of the US Dollar is 1% it all becomes this simple: investors want their investments to have a higher yield and because they can get more interest in Australia funds are then moved by them to the land “Down Under” . This shift in the investments going to Australia from the US weakens the US Dollar because the supply suddenly becomes greater than the demand and the Australian Dollar will strengthen since the demand is greater than its supply. The basics of economic fundamentals are working; when there is higher demand the value rises.

The next time you are thinking about your own forex signal service and what position to put on next , ask yourself , ” which country will moving forward have higher rates and which country moving forward will probably have lower rates ?” Then, buy the currency that you favor for higher interest rates and currency favored for lower interest rates should be sold and watch your profits grow as investors flows leave the weaker currency and flock toward the stronger one . This is the essence of forex signal service.
